Adjust settings to fine-tune security and unlocking preferences on your TCL 50 LE, ensuring the right balance of convenience and protection.

Before you begin

Ensure a secure screen lock is set up (e.g., PIN, pattern, etc.).

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Security & privacy
    Device unlock
    .
  3. Tap the
    Gear icon
     to the right of the screen lock then configure the following:
    • Make pattern visible
    • Lock after screen timeout (e.g., Immediately, 1 minute, 5 minutes, etc.)
    • Power button instantly locks
