TCL Devices - Enable / Disable eSIM Profile

Here's how to verify your eSIM profile is on or off on your TCL smartphone.
In order to see the eSIM options, the device must be running the current software version.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Network & internet
    .
  3. Tap the eSIM you want to change.
  4. Do either of the following:
    • Enable eSIM Profile
      1. Tap the
        switch
         to turn on.
      2. Tap
        TURN ON
         to confirm.
      3. If prompted, select the data option (e.g., Verizon 1, Verizon 2, Cellular data turned off, etc.).
    • Disable eSIM Profile
      1. Tap the
        switch
         to turn off.
      2. Tap
        TURN OFF
         to confirm.
