Activate / Set Up Device

Activate your Orbic® Trophy 5G to get started. This ensures you can make calls, send messages and connect to the internet.

Before you begin

Make sure a 5G SIM card is inserted before powering on your device.

Steps

  1. Press and hold the
    Power button
     until the device begins to power on. Select your language then tap
    Start
    .
  2. Confirm the correct phone number displays then tap
    Next
    .
  3. Connect to a Wi-Fi network.
  4. To copy apps and data, tap
    Next
     to transfer your content or tap
    Don't copy
    .
  5. Sign in to your Google™ account or create a new one.
  6. Follow the onscreen prompts to review and accept the Google Services options (e.g., Gemini, Location, etc.).
  7. Set up a screen lock and fingerprints to secure your device.
  8. Review and accept the Google Assistant options.
  9. To allow Verizon Services to collect Location and App info, tap
    Accept
    .
  10. Tap
    Agree
     or
    Next
     to add additional storage with Verizon Cloud or secure your device with Verizon Protect.
  11. Tap
    Got it
     to complete the activation.
