Control how you access your Verizon Family app. Follow these simple steps to turn biometrics on or off to match your preferred balance of speed and security.

Before you begin

Each time a user changes their account-level biometrics settings, a Significant Account Change (SAC) notification is sent

    • Biometric Login
    • Long-term sign-in (up to 6 months)
      The customer must log in once every 45 days to remain logged in.
