Taking control of household screen time is simple. Learn how to pause Wi-Fi or schedule access limits for individual devices using your Verizon Home app.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Home app
    .
    If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or Face ID.
  2. From the Device groups section, tap
    Create a device group
    .
    If a device group is set up, skip to step 7.
  3. Enter a name for the group then tap
    Next
    .
  4. Tap
    Add
     next to the device.
  5. Tap
    Done
    .
  6. Tap the name for the group.
  7. Tap
    Manage device group
    .
  8. Tap one of the following and follow the prompts:
    • Pause internet
    • Create a downtime schedule
    • Add or remove
    • Delete device group
