Easily update your User ID to make logging into the Verizon Home app faster and more secure.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Home app
    .
    If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or Face ID.
  2. Tap the
    More tab
    .
  3. Tap
    Account settings
    .
  4. From the Profile section, select any of the following:
    • User ID
      1. Enter the desired username then tap
        Update
        .
    • Contact info
      1. From the 'Tell us about yourself' screen, tap any of the following fields to make changes then tap
        Update
        .
        • Billing address
        • Greeting name
        • Email address
        • Primary contact number
        • Alternate contact number
    • Password
      1. Tap the following fields to enter the appropriate info then tap
        Update
        .
        • Current password
        • Enter new password
        • Re-enter new password
