Checking your device details in the Verizon Home app is a quick way to review your equipment specs, confirm connection status, and stay in control of your home network.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Home app
    .
    If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or Face ID.
  2. From the Connections section, tap
    Equipment
    .
  3. From the 'Technical information' section view the following info:
    • Model
    • Firmware Version
    • IP address
    • Serial number
    • MAC address
