Backing up your configuration lets you quickly restore all your custom settings (e.g., network names, passwords, etc.) if you ever need to reset or replace device via the Verizon Home app.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Home app
    .
    If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or Face ID.
  2. From the Connections section, tap
    Equipment
    .
  3. Do one of the following and follow the prompts:
    • To save settings
    • To reset or restore settings
