Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold - Manage Data Usage

Here's how to change the data usage cycle and set data warnings and/or limits on your Pixel 9 Pro Fold.
  • Data usage info provided by the device may differ from actual usage. For data usage provided by Verizon, refer to the My Verizon website
    For Business Customer data, visit My Business.

  • To control data usage on your account, refer to Verizon Family .
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Network & internet
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • Turn Data Saver On / Off:
      1. Tap
        Data Saver
        .
      2. Tap
        Use Data Saver
        to turn on or off.
    • Set Mobile Data Warning:
      A notification message appears upon reaching the specified data usage level indicated by the gray warning line.
      1. Tap
        SIMs
        then tap the name of the appropriate SIM (e.g., Verizon, etc.).
      2. Tap
        Data warning & limit
        .
        If using multiple SIMs, Data warning & limit only appears for the SIM that is currently set as the default for mobile data.
      3. Tap
        Set data warning
        to turn on.
      4. Tap
        Data warning
        .
      5. Enter the preferred warning limit then tap
        Set
        .
    • Change Data Usage Cycle:
      1. Tap
        SIMs
        then tap the name of the appropriate SIM (e.g., Verizon, etc.).
      2. Tap
        Data warning & limit
        .
      3. Tap
        Mobile data usage cycle
        .
      4. Select the Usage cycle reset date then tap
        Set
        .
        Refer to your statement for the bill cycle date.
    • Set Mobile Data Limit:
      Mobile data is turned off when the data usage reaches the limit indicated by the red line. To use apps needing data, use Wi-Fi or adjust the limit.
      1. Tap
        SIMs
        then tap the name of the appropriate SIM (e.g., Verizon, etc.).
      2. Tap
        Data warning & limit
        .
      3. Tap
        Set data limit
        to turn on.
        If presented with a Limiting data usage screen, review the message then tap
        OK
        .
      4. Tap
        Data limit
        .
      5. Enter the preferred data usage limit then tap
        Set
        .
