Orbic JOY 2 - Check Device Storage

If your Orbic® JOY 2 is running low on storage, it can cause crashes, slow performance, freezing apps, etc. Check your available memory to prevent these issues.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Storage
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • View Device Storage
      1. From Storage, view the used space
      2. Tap
        Apps
         to view the storage for a particular app.
    • View SD Card Storage
      Only available if an SD / memory card is inserted.
      1. Tap the
        dropdown menu icon
         dropdown menu icon then tap the SD card name (varies by manufacturer).
      2. View the used space
    If the device memory is full, apps can be uninstalled and files can be moved to an SD / memory card or to a computer.
