Don't get stranded with a flat tire or dead battery. Follow these steps to set up Roadside Assistance in the Verizon Family app and keep your family covered.

Before you begin

Each Guardian on the Verizon Family account must complete the steps below before they can request assistance.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Family app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Services
    Roadside Assistance
    .
  3. Tap
    Learn More
    .
  4. To continue, review the Roadside Assistance terms of service then tap
    I agree
    .
  5. Tap
    Enroll
    .
    You'll receive a notification that enrollment is complete.
  6. Once enrollment is complete, repeat steps 1 and 2 to view your Roadside Assistance Member ID.
