Upload Files to Locked FolderLearn how to configure your Locked Folder with Identity Secure, giving you convenient biometric access while keeping private documents safely encrypted.
Before you begin
Files are uploaded to Verizon Cloud and accessible with or without a Verizon Cloud Subscription.
Locked Folder is only available with an Identity Secure subscription.
Steps
- Open theVerizon Protect app.
- Tap theServices tab.
- TapLocked Folder.
- Enter your 6-digit PIN or biometric login.
- To upload a document, tap theAdd Iconthen do one of the following:
- To scan a document or take a photo:
- TapScan documentorTake photo.
- Using the device's camera, touch and hold theCapture button.
- Name the file then tapSave.
- To upload photos:
- TapUpload photo.
- Locate the photo from the gallery then follow the steps to upload.
- Name the file then tapSave.
- To upload documents:
- TapUpload document.
- Locate the document in the Files folder then follow the steps to upload.
- Name the file then tapSave.
- To delete a file or folder, touch and hold an item until the menu appears then tapDelete.
