Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
     on your device with the Verizon Family companion app installed.
  2. Tap
    VPN & Device Management
    .
  3. Tap
    Verizon Configuration Profile
    .
  4. Tap
    Remove Downloaded Profile
    .
  5. Enter your device passcode.
  6. Restart the device.
