Steps
- Open the Verizon Family app.
- Enter your child's date of birth.
- Tap theFamily Profiles tab.
- Select the family member you want to edit.
- Enter the child's date of birth.
- With your child, open theVerizon Family Companion appthen tapMore.
- TapSharing & deletion managementthen selectSet Up.
- TapContinue.
- From the Download configuration profile screen, tapDownload.
- When prompted to allow the download, tapAllow.
- From the Profile downloaded prompt, tapClose.
- TapDoneto return to the Verizon Family app.
- From the Install configuration profile screen, tapGo to settings.
- TapVPN & Device Management.
- From the Downloaded Profile section, tapVerizon Configuration Profilethen tapInstall.
- Enter the device passcode then tapInstallagain.
- From the Remote Management prompt, tapTrust.
- Tap theBack arrowto return to the Verizon Family Companion app.
- From the Change app management screen, tapContinue.
- TapManageto confirm.
