Removing Parental Controls Protection via Verizon Family from your Android™ device lifts parental controls and grants your child full access to their device.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Family app
    .
  2. Tap
    More
     then tap
    Sharing & deletion management
    .
  3. Select your child device(s).
  4. Tap
    Generate PIN
    .
  5. Tap
    Send PIN
    .
  6. With your child, open the push notification or SMS text on your child's device.
  7. Enter the PIN on your child's device.
  8. From the Deletion protection has been removed screen, tap
    Close
    .
