Steps

Enter your child's date of birth.

Tap the

Family Profiles tab

Select the family member you want to edit.

Enter the child's Date of birth.

With your child, open the

Verizon Family Companion app

then tap

Tap

Sharing & deletion management

then select

Set Up

From the Enable deletion protection prompt, tap

Continue

Tap

Enable

then select

Go to Accessibility

To continue, review the info then tap

to enable the Accessibility Service API.

Tap

Installed apps

then tap

Verizon Family Companion

Tap the

Verizon Family Companion switch

to turn on.

Review the required permissions then tap

Allow
