The 24/7 Assist Professional Monitoring feature is not available for users under 18 years of age.

From the Home screen Map in the Verizon Family app, tap

24/7 Assist

To continue, review the info for the app to work then tap

From the set up screen, tap one of the following:

Set up Safe Walk and 24/7 Assist

Set up 24/7 Assist

Follow the onscreen steps to confirm your profile and emergency contact info and add your address.

From the ‘It’s important that you add 24/7 Assist to your contacts’ tap

Add to contacts

Once complete, tap

Practice mode
