The 24/7 Assist Professional Monitoring feature is not available for users under 18 years of age.

Steps

  1. From the Home screen Map in the Verizon Family app, tap
    24/7 Assist
    .
  2. Slide the
    Slide to send alert slider
     right to send alert.
  3. Standby for a call from 24/7 Assist.
    Once you're on the line with 24/7 Assist they can notify your emergency contact.
