Follow these simple instructions to sign in to or out of the My Verizon app on your mobile device.

Before you begin

To use biometric features, they must be previously activated within your device's settings. Consult your device's user guide for detailed instructions on enabling biometrics.

Steps

  1. Open the 
    My Verizon app
    .
  2. If prompted, select or enter the ten-digit mobile number.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Sign In Using Password
      1. Enter the My Verizon password then tap
        Sign in
        .
      2. If prompted to turn on biometrics, accept the Terms & Conditions, tap
        Turn On
         then follow the onscreen steps or tap
        Not Now
         to skip.
    • Sign In Using Biometrics
      1. If prompted, select 'Fingerprint' or 'Face'.
      2. Do one of the following:
        • Using the front-facing camera, position your face within the provided area.
        • Touch the fingerprint sensor.
  4. To sign out, tap the
    Me tab
     then tap
    Sign out
    .
  5. Tap
    Sign out
     to confirm.
