View Software Version

Knowing the software version your MiFi® PRO M4 is running helps you check for updates, troubleshoot issues and ensure compatibility with apps.

Before you begin

Check the Software Updates page for the most recent software version then verify it's installed on your device.

Steps

  1. Do either of the following:
    • To view the software version via your device:
      1. From the Home screen, tap
        Menu
        .
      2. Tap
        Software Update
        .
      3. View the SW Version.
    • To view the software version via the Admin Web Interface:
      2. From the left menu, click
        Administration
        .
      3. Click the
        Software tab
        .
      4. View the Current Software Version (Cute).
