Set Up Verizon Prepaid Data Service - Android™ Tablet

Here's how to set up Verizon Prepaid data service for your Android tablet.

  1. If powered off, press and hold the
    Power button
     until the device powers on.
  2. Tap the appropriate language then tap
    Next
     (located in the lower-right).
    Allow several seconds for activation to complete.
    You can also activate your device online.
  3. From the Setup Wizard screen, tap
    Next
    .
  4. From the Set up Wi-Fi screen, tap
    Skip
    .
    Once setup is complete, Wi-Fi can be added by navigating
    Apps
    Setup Wizard
     from a Home screen.
  5. From the Setup Wizard Warning screen, tap
    Continue
     (located in the lower-right).
  6. From the Mobile Broadband screen, tap the
    Arrow icon
     (located next to "Create a new account for this tablet").
  7. Tap
    Next
    .
  8. Select a data plan (e.g., 300MB, 1GB, etc.) then tap
    Continue
    .
  9. Enter information (Account, Payment, Login) into the appropriate fields then tap
    Continue
    .
  10. Review the Terms & Conditions, tap
    I Agree
    , then tap
    Submit
     (located in the lower-right).
    Allow several minutes for activation to complete.
  11. Tap
    Restart
    .
