Unblock SIM PIN - Verizon Jetpack® 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot MiFi® 4620L

If the SIM PIN for your MiFi 4620L is blocked, here's how to unblock it.

If your SIM card has been blocked, view this info to unblock it.

The PIN Unblocking Key (PUK) is utilized to reset a blocked SIM card.

For Postpaid accounts, you must obtain the PUK via the My Verizon website before proceeding.

For Prepaid accounts, contact customer service to obtain the PUK before proceeding.

From the Network tab, click

SIM

Enter the 8-digit PUK then click

Apply

(located in the lower-left).

If an invalid PUK is entered too many times, the SIM card is permanently disabled.

PIN is set to 0000.
