Verizon Jetpack® 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot MiFi® 5510L - Unblock SIM PIN

If the SIM PIN for your Verizon Jetpack - MiFi 5510L has been blocked, view this info to unblock it.
The PIN Unblocking Key (PUK) is utilized to reset a blocked SIM card.
  • For Postpaid accounts, you must obtain the PUK via the My Verizon website before proceeding.
  • For Prepaid accounts, contact customer service to obtain the PUK before proceeding.
  2. From the left menu, click
    Jetpack Settings
    .
  3. From the Advanced tab, click
    Continue
     (located on the right).
  4. Click
    SIM
     (located below the Advanced tab).
  5. Enter the appropriate information into the following fields:
    If an invalid PUK is entered too many times, the SIM card is permanently disabled.
    • Enter PUK
    • Enter new PIN
    • Confirm new PIN
  6. Click
    Save Changes
     (located in the lower-right).
