Download photos, videos, etc. to your Windows® computer from the Verizon Cloud website to keep a local copy so you can access your media while offline.

Before you begin

If downloading a large amount of content via the Cloud website, your login session may expire while downloading and cause the resulting .zip file to be unusable. It's recommended to use the Cloud desktop app in these cases.

Steps

  1. From a web browser on a computer, sign in to mycloud.verizon.com.
  2. From the Library section, click the applicable tab (e.g., Photos & Videos, Audio, etc.).
  3. Select the file you want to download.
    To select multiple files, click the
    Multi-select icon
     Select multiple files icon then select the desired files.
  4. Click the
    Download arrow
    .
  5. If prompted, follow system prompts to specify the location where you want to save the file(s).
    If more than one file is downloaded at a time, all selected files are saved as a .zip file.
