Verizon Family - Download and Install App

Here's how to install the Verizon Family parent app using your smartphone.
To install the app, Android™ OS 6.x (or higher) or Apple® iOS 15 (or later) is required.
  1. From the Google Play® Store / Apple App Store® home screen on your Guardian device, enter
    Verizon Family
     into the search field then tap the app once it appears in the list.
    To access the App Store, you must be signed in with your Apple ID.
    You must be signed in to your Google account to access the Play Store.
  2. Tap

  3. If presented, review the access permissions info then tap
    ACCEPT
     to continue.
    Allow several minutes for the download and install process to complete.
