Before you begin
Call Filter provides your Android™ device with additional caller detail (e.g., city, state, name, etc.) and enables you to manage and block spam calls.
The Call Filter app is preinstalled on most Android devices and can be found in the Verizon Apps folder. Refer to the Supported Devices page for device eligibility.
Steps
- Open theCall Filter App.
- TapGet started.If using a device with Dual SIM (DSDS or eSIM), follow these steps:
- TapNo account selected, then tapGet started.
- Select the phone number you want to activate Call Filter on then tapDone.
- To continue, review the on-screen instructions then tapNextthen tapFinish.
