View and pay your Verizon Fios Bill Online FAQs

You can review your bill online. Here’s how:

View your bill by signing in to My Verizon website or app.

To view your bill on the My Verizon app:

1. Sign in to the My Verizon app
2. Select Home tab
3. Select Bill

To view your bill on the My Verizon website:

1. Sign in to My Verizon
2. Select Account
3. Select Home > Bill > Bill Overview

Visit our Register now page and select the service you would like to register for.

To install the My Verizon app*, visit the Apple® App Store® for iOS or Google Play for Android.

*The My Verizon app is available to customers with mobile, 5G Home Internet, and/or Fios services (i.e., Fios Home Internet, Fios Home Phone, Fios TV) only. Those with other services (i.e., High Speed Internet) can use the My Verizon website only.

There are a few ways you can pay your bill. Before you begin, set up a saved payment method on My Verizon.

• To pay your bill using your remote, press Menu > Customer Support > My Account > Bill & Payment > Pay My Bill.
  • Fios TV and an IMG/TV Set-top Box required.
• Pay your bill by signing in to the My Verizon website or app.
• Over the phone by calling 800-837-4966.
• In a Verizon store.

Your first bill may be higher than a normal month’s bill as it will contain any one-time charges associated with your installation or activation as well as partial month charges. Verizon bills recurring charges one month in advance, plus partial monthly charges starting the day after the service is installed through the end of the bill cycle.

Good to know: When disconnecting your service, you will receive credit for any charges that were billed in advance.
