Convenient options to view your Verizon bill

Sign in anytime into the My Fios app or My Verizon to view your bill online.

View bill

Select the method you’d like to view your bill:

  • My Fios app

  • To view your bill in the the My Fios app select Bill from the dashboard to view your Current Bill.

  • My Verizon

  • To view your bill in My Verizon, sign in and:

    • Hover over Billing > select View Bill

    Don’t have an account?

    Register now
  • Pay with your remote

  • If you have Fios TV and an IMG/TV Set-top Box, you can pay with your remote control! To pay your bill using your remote press Menu then select:

    • Customer Support > My Account > Bill & Payment > Pay My Bill

    Note: If you do not have a Payment Account on record you can add them on the My Fios App or online at My Verizon.

Your first bill

Your first bill may be higher than a normal month’s bill as it will contain any one-time charges associated with your installation or activation as well as partial month charges. Verizon bills recurring charges one month in advance, plus partial monthly charges starting the day after the service is installed through the end of the bill cycle.

Note: When disconnecting your service, you will receive credit for any charges that were billed in advance.
