View your bill by signing in to My Verizon website or app.
To view your bill on the My Verizon app:
- Sign in to My Verizon app
- Select Account
- Select Home -> Bill -> View Bill
To view your bill on the My Verizon website:
- Sign in to My Verizon
- Select Home tab
- Select Bill

*The My Verizon app is available to customers with mobile, 5G Home Internet, 4G LTE Home Internet and/or Fios services (i.e., Fios Home Internet, Fios Home Phone, Fios TV) only. Those with other services (i.e., High Speed Internet) etc.) can use the My Verizon website only.
Your first bill
Your first bill may be higher than a normal month’s bill as it will contain any one-time charges associated with your installation or activation as well as partial month charges. Verizon bills recurring charges one month in advance, plus partial monthly charges starting the day after the service is installed through the end of the bill cycle.
Note: When disconnecting your service, you will receive credit for any charges that were billed in advance.
