To check your Hotel Dollars wallet balance:

1. Access the travel platform and select Wallet from the hamburger menu to see your balance.

No, you can use your Hotel Dollars for one booking or spread them across several trips based on your preferences and booking variables.

You can often use most of your Hotel Dollars on a single trip. Other times, you spread your savings across a few different bookings to get the best value.

To book your next getaway at a hotel or resort:

1. Access the travel platform and enter your destination, dates, and number of guests. Select Search.
2. Filter your results by price, star rating, or location. Select the property name or Book.
3. Choose your room type, meal plan, and cancellation policy. Review the "Reservation Summary" on the right side of the screen.
4. Enter the traveler details, add any special requests, and select Complete Booking.
5. Choose your payment method on the payment page to finish.

Keep in mind: Check the policies section carefully. It may list extra fees that you must pay directly to the resort.

Keep in mind:

• You keep your Hotel Dollars if you leave Verizon, but you must use them within 90 days.
• We email you new login credentials for the hotel website once you close your Verizon account.

Select the property name during your search to view full hotel or resort service details. We also include this information on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email.

Enter your request (e.g., extra bed, early check-in, shuttle service) in the comments box during booking. Properties accommodate these requests based on availability; however, they cannot guarantee them.

To view your hotel or resort booking:

1. Through the My Verizon app open your Verizon Dollars dashboard and select Explore brand offers to open the travel platform.
2. Select your name link on the upper right corner of your screen.
3. Select Booking History.
4. View your bookings on that page.

We include payment information in your confirmation email. You can also view it in the travel platform under "Booking History."

Sometimes properties overbook their rooms due to other indirect booking sites. If this happens, our partner notifies us right away and we'll help you find another option or cancel your booking for a full refund.

We process your refund immediately if a booking is canceled or declined. Your bank controls how long it takes to show up on your statement. Please contact your bank directly for updates.

Resort bookings use special, prepaid discounts. Because of these low rates, bookings are final and non-refundable. You can’t cancel your trip once confirmed.
