You can get 2 full months of home internet service covered by us* when you sign up for an eligible plan. *Promotion applies to monthly internet rate only and excludes equipment charges, taxes and add-ons and other services.

Q: Which internet plans qualify for the offer?

Any new Fios Home Internet plan qualifies.

Q: Who’s eligible to participate

You qualify if you're signing up for new Fios home internet. You must install your equipment and keep your account in good standing for 30 days to receive the promo credit. There's a limit of 1 offer per account. Visit our Verizon Home Internet page to see which type of Internet service is available in your area.

Q: Can this promotion be combined with other offers?

Yes, the promotion can be stacked with other eligible incentives across sales channels.

Q: Does this cover equipment or setup fees?

No, your credits only cover your base monthly internet plan. They don't pay for equipment rentals, taxes, add-ons or other services. If you have an installation fee, you'll still see that charge on your first bill.

Q: How and when are the promotional credits applied to bills?

You’re required to pay your first monthly Verizon Fios Internet bill. The promotional credit is applied to your 3rd and 4th billing cycles, bringing the base monthly internet rate to $0 in those 2 months.
