Verizon is pleased to announce a software update for your device. This software update has been tested to optimize device performance, resolve known issues, and apply the latest security patches.

Before you download:

  • Ensure the device is connected to AC Power and you can see the Verizon wireless network connection on the device.

Addressed the inability to leave a voice message on the ATT voicemail server for specific ATT customer numbers, as audio was not heard from the server and the call dropped.
