Disconnecting or Cancelling Your Verizon Service If you are looking to disconnect or cancel your service because you are moving to a new location, you can move the service from your current location to your new location online .


If you are looking to disconnect because you are not satisfied with your current bundle service, please visit our renewal center where you can see all bundle options available with 2 Year Price guarantee and incentive agreements.

If you truly wish to cancel your Verizon service, please call us at 1-800-VERIZON (1-800-837-4966).
  • You must make your cancellation request by telephone
  • Your call may be transferred to ensure that you reach the correct representative
  • Cancellation service for your phone is available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm local time.
