What are the discounts for Verizon Connections?
You will receive a monthly discount off of a qualifying Fios Home Internet service:
$10 off/month on Gigabit Internet Speeds
$5 off/month on all other Internet Speeds
Is the discount available for existing Verizon customers?
Yes, discounts apply for existing Fios customers who placed an order for Mix and Match service after January 2020. Bundles ordered prior to January 2020 may require change to Mix and Match platform to qualify.
How do I get the discount?
- Visit verizon.com/connections.
- Enter your work email address. If you don’t have a work email address, just click on “I don’t have a work email address” and follow prompts to verify employment.
- You will receive an email with a shopping link from Verizon Connections.
- Click on the embedded link in the email. Then follow the prompts to start saving!
For new customers: Enter the address where you want service. Select continue and you’ll be directed to our order site. You will be able to view your service options and order new services. The Verizon Connections discount will be shown on the selection page and will be detailed in your cart at the end of the order process.
For existing customers: Click the Sign in button to log into your account. We will check your current services to see if you qualify for the discount. If your service qualifies for the discount it will be added to your bill. If you don’t have the qualifying services, we’ll show you the services you need to add in order to qualify for the discount. If you are an existing Verizon Internet customer, your User ID and password are the same as you use for your Verizon Internet account.
Please note: If you experience an issue redeeming your promotion, please close all open internet browsers and delete browsing history. How long will I continue to receive my discount?
You will continue to receive your discount as long as your employer continues to participate in the program, your services and packages qualify for the discount, and you remain an employee of the participating company.
How do I get the extra discount for being a Verizon Wireless Customer?

When I try to log on to the Verizon Connections website, I receive a message that my information has expired. What do I do?
When you receive the email with your link to the Verizon Connections website, that link is only active for 30 days. If you do not sign up for your discount within 30 days, the link will expire. If this occurs, simply return to verizon.com/connections and re-enter your information to receive a new link. This link will automatically cancel the previous link, if it was not already expired.
How can check if my account is currently enrolled in the Verizon Connections discount program?
The employee program is online only, you must verify employment at verizon.com/connections and apply the discount to your account. It takes one to two billing cycles to appear on the bill. It will be listed as Verizon Connections discount -$5/$10.
