I bought this used phone and had to return it because it did not work. I will never buy another used phone online again. I will go into a store from now on. It is my hope that any service provider would stop lying about how they put it through a million point inspection. And they still sold me a phone that did not work.

The display has rounded corners. When measured as a standard rectangular shape, the screen is 6.68 inches diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I still haven’t been able to set the phone up. The paper that came with the phone said I just had to go online and download the Verizon app and to follow the prompts. The auto connect didn’t happen and I have to go in store to get my phone set up, not as easy as expected. This is on top of the phone being sent to the wrong place and four hours spent on the phone with customer service escalating my issue with no solutions and the same customer service apology. Verizon should be able to ship phones from their wearhouse to their stores. Way more complicated and annoying than any other phone purchase I have made. Glad it’s almost done I hope

The battery life is not good and the location keeps dropping. I bought this for my daughter to put her on the family plan and the location keeps showing she’s 3 blocks away from where she is at then it’ll jump to where she is then do the same thing repeatedly

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The phone is in great condition. It works well with no issues. I'm thankful Verizon has refurbished phones. A brand new phone for my grandmother wasn't needed. This is the perfect options. It looks brand new, so she doesn't even know it isn't.

Does this phone require a sim card

In the United States, the iPhone 14 (including Certified Pre-Owned models) does not use a physical SIM card. It requires an eSIM (electronic SIM) to connect to a cellular network. You must activate the phone using an eSIM, which is a digital SIM embedded in the phone as there is no physical sim card tray.
