Really boosts the outgoing signal coverage, and receive as well. Connector on the antenna adapter is an FME Male connector. Purchased an F-Type Male to FME Female jack connector adapter cable RG174 from Amazon and connected my Hot Spot to my RV Antenna. Works like a champ. The cable on the antenna and the Adapter to the Hot Spot is NOT an N-Type connector as is reported in a previous review; they are incompatible...

Do not waste your money on this product. It does not work, either in a major metropolitan area or in a rural area. I should have heeded other reviewers' advice. Shame on me.

Not Compativle for an Eclipse Jetpack

IT says its compatible but it isn't. They do not have an adapter for the Eclipse Jetpack. The websites says there is one..but when you try and order it you don't get the adapter you order. The one they send instead doesn't fit the Eclipse jetpack.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Antenna works well, but the adapter that Verizon sells with the antenna does not snugly connect to the hotspot. If you move or bummp the hotspot the antenna connection is so lose that it falls out.

My phone was intermittent connecting to Google Play but when tethered to a hotspot with two of these antennas it no longer timed out.

Saw no difference in service with or with out the antenea

When I first got my wifi from Verizon I got great service but it then dropped off I thought getting a antennae would inprove on the service but it did nothing.I am now waiting out my additional 11 months with my wifi then will have to rethink what I will do for internet.Just not happy with Verizon.

I do not know how it works as the two adapter cables I ordered did not work. I had to order the PCCAB-290. I hope it works. I expect it in next week then I will be to tell if it works.

I use this item as an antenna for my MiFi jetpack in my home rather than my car. I've had one for several months and just bought another as a back up. It's permanently mounted outside my house and connected to my jetpack, indoors, with a cable adapter. The antenna is the best I've ever had, but I wish they would make some improvements to the adapter cable which will not stay in the jetpack without taping it. My only complaint is with the rubber cover on the bottom. The magnet is not as strong as it could be if you leave the cover on. When you take the cover off it's a super strong magnet, but the magnet eventually separates from the antenna and will rust a little. Not a big issue for me, it's just a small annoyance that I can't pick it up in one piece and move it. Overall great product. Works 10x better than any window antenna I've used. I think I've had them all.

As recommended via Verizon chat, I purchased this along with the adapter cable to improve the reception with a MHS291L Jetpack which had 0-2 bars signal strength. There was absolutely no difference in signal quality after attaching the antenna. The adapter connection to the Jetpack is impossible to secure and falls out. Or it requires more force to insert than I was willing to apply for fear of damaging the Jetpack. Attempting to return this useless accessory. Will try other aftermarket antennas.

I live in the country and work 80% of the time out of our Morton building. If I get a signal it never let's me call out or connect to the internet. Will this antenna work for the cause or is there something else I should consider. Thanks for assistance

The LTE antenna is designed to capture the LTE signal and boost the connectivity of a wireless modem, using 4G LTE. It is not designed to support or improve cellular coverage for voice services of a phone. The call cell service in my apartment is weak. Calls drops constantly. Does this help with calls or just texting service? What can you recommend for cell phone calls service?
