May 22nd I switched to their horrible internet for a promotion to get this. I have talked to 34 representatives since July 26th trying to redeem the promotion, it's been nothing but empty promises and being ghosted by most of the representatives. Worst company in the world to deal with. Verizon is nothing but false advertising and empty promises.

I never got my switch.. this was supposed to be free because of a promotional offer when I signed up for internet. Not only that, but I was charged for one when I tried to use the promo code I was given & it didn’t work. I’ve been in limbo with this for months now & have been wasted hours of my life. Verizon is truly terrible and I’m a regretful customer who wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
