Best protection out there for your iPhone. All my iPhones and iPads only get OtterBox cases. I switch to to a Quad-lock case to secure to my motorcycle and switch back when not riding. The double protection of OtterBox is unmatched.

Bad design

Don’t buy this case if you work in harsher conditions. The cutout is a good feature but, if you put your phone in pockets the edge of the screen protector gets hit and cracks. I’ve had to replace them two times already and going to replace the case with one that doesn’t have the cutout.

Leaves phone screen open and vulnerable

I used to love the defender cases. They have always protected my phone unfortunately with the new iPhone the design that they chose for the cut out leaves the front of the phone open and vulnerable and I have already broken my screen there. We’ll be getting a different case looks like they have another style case that protects the button and the screen fully.

I’ve always considered the Defender Series Pro the best phone case for protection, until this one. I’ve had a Defender Pro for all my previous iPhones. I was hesitant about purchasing this newest one because of the lack of coverage along the camera control. I don’t like that this case wasn’t designed to cover that edge. The large gap leaves too much exposed for the possibility of damage. After using it for a week, I decided to go with a different brand for better protection.
