I moved from Verizon to Xfinity because it was cheaper. Huge Mistake. non intuitive jumbled website, difficult to find what you need. I could never find an actual bill. NO HUMANS anywhere, bots or script laden low level telephone workers. Xfinity lost my new phone, then sent me streaming equipment, leaving out the cable box, and when I had trouble hooking it all up, I could never find a human to help me. It was impossible. I took the box back , and yet my tv/streading service wasn't cancelled. It goes on and on. Verizon was the exact opposite: intuitive website, easy to find bills, live folks on the phone to help when needed ( my iPhone email wouldn't work for a few days_) and Nicholas, the guy who sold me my new iPhone spent 90 minutes with me, making it all work, even troubleshooting my I watch sync. I am so so happy to be back at Verizon.
