The ring is now useless, except as a piece of jewelry. I owned an Oura ring prior to this and the only reason that I traded it in for this one was I believed it was going to be a quality Item as other Samsung products are. However, that is not the case with this ring. Tracking was never as good as my watch, the battery gave out exactly 370 days of wearing it. If you are serious about tracking your health, this isn't for you. I am going back to Oura. FYI, I am a loyal Samsung customer who always has to have the latest and greatest. I should have waited to buy until they tested it more.

But I've never got to track my sleep before an it is wicked accurate it knows the second I hit the pillow to the second I open my eyes. And will tell my everything that happend all night. It's such a good health tool for someone whose active and wants to improve there sleep ans health or anyone who likes extra access to gestures. I love that I can use it as a camera remote. Overall amazing product

It automatically records all of my exercising and sleeping habits without having to reach for my phone it takes care of all my health information and is always updating g whe. I reach milestones it makes it easy without having to go into samsung health on phone and start workouts I can start running, walking or using weights and it automatically records all the information I need. Samung is and always will be the only products I buy and use galaxy AI for.
