I'm on my 4th shell holster because the plastic retaining clips keep breaking when retrieving/re-inserting phone into holster. Sliding in/out is cumbersome. This horizontal slide in/out design is not as good as the vertical design of other manufacturers.

This is my 4th shell holster after the bottom retaining plastic clip broke on the others. Side mounting makes removal/replacing phone in cradle awkward & can be frustrating. Only the top and bottom plastic-like clips secure the phone. If either clip breaks, phone cannot be secured.

Functionality of getting in and out of holster is marginal...and it blocks charging port.

This is the 5th Verizon shell holster I have used over the years. Like the feel and belt clip feature, however this model (Galaxy S9) is the first I've had where the phone slides in and out of the mount from the side (long edge) instead of from the top. This change makes it significantly more awkward to get the phone in and out of the holster while wearing it on your hip. Also (again different from previous models) the case blocks the charging port, so you can't charge while in the case.

Just opened boxed Samsung GS9. I already have the curved glass protector which is not yet applied to my brand new GS9. Does this Shell Holster combo come with the curved glass protector and if not will the glass interfere with the Shell Holster Combo?
