Where can I get Verizon 5G apps?

I am unable to view the content in 5G apps, what can I do?
- If you're having trouble connecting to the app, check your network connection.
- If you have a connection and content is missing, keep in mind that some content may be removed from the app at any time without notice. Check back because new content is always being added.
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
- Make sure your device has the latest OS (software update) version.

How do I enable camera and storage permissions so I can use the AR Pro Interactive app?
Follow the steps below to enable Camera and Storage permissions:
iPhone- Settings > Privacy > Camera > AR Pro Interactive - Toggle the Button
- Settings > Privacy > Photos > AR Pro Interactive > Read and Write
Android
- Settings > Apps & notifications > See All Apps > AR Pro Interactive > Permissions
- Tap on Camera > Allow only while using the app
- Tap on Microphone > Allow only while using the app
- Tap on Files & Media > Allow only while using the app

Where is the best place to set up the AR experience when using the AR Pro Interactive app?
You should be in a well-lit area with enough space in front of you. Point the phone at a non-reflective surface and then move the phone in slow circular motion. This will help the AR system understand the environment and find an appropriate surface to place the AR. To get a closer look at the AR, you can walk up and around it. You can also use your fingers to bring it closer.
Please be aware of your surroundings as you explore the AR experience.
Do not be alarmed if your phone gets warm during use, as this is a power-intensive app. Take breaks from the app if the phone gets too hot.

Why can't I download content from the AR Pro Interactive app?
You may not have enough storage capacity. You can free up storage by deleting unused apps and/or removing photos/videos from your device that have been backed-up to the Cloud.

Why can't I run the AR experience?
Ensure you have allowed the AR Pro Interactive App to access the device camera in order to run the AR experience.

Why can’t I save photos of the AR experience?
Make sure your device has sufficient storage available. If enough storage is available, ensure you've allowed Storage/Photo Library access to the AR Pro Interactive App. How do I allow camera and storage permissions?

Verify that you are using a 5G-capable smartphone equipped with a Verizon 5G plan that includes 5G Ultra Wideband.
