Going on vacation and need to suspend your service?

There are many reasons why you may need to suspend your service. You may be going out of town for an extended time, remodeling your home, or spending time at your summer home. If you’re not going to use your services for an extended period, it may be worth it to put your service on Vacation Suspend. It can help you save money and allows you to keep your telephone number.

Details:

Your service can be suspended between 30 days to 9 months. You need to have the service for 90 days prior to it being suspended, and you must have at least 3 months of active service in any calendar year.

Note: You will continue to be billed monthly for some services, as well as any applicable taxes or surcharges during your suspension.

This service may not be available in all areas.

To suspend your service, please sign in to My Verizon, or use the My Fios app. There is a one-time charge to initiate a vacation suspend.
