Verizon Wireless National Accessibility Customer Service Center- Opening October 15th
The Verizon Wireless National Accessibility Customer Service center is staffed with specialized representatives to support customers who may need additional assistance with their wireless needs. The National Accessibility Customer Service representatives are knowledgeable on wireless products and services, devices, plans, and accessories and can provide technical support.

You can contact the Verizon Wireless National Accessibility Customer Service team directly by calling (888) 262-1999, 8 AM - 9 PM, Mon – Fri to reach a representative to answer your questions about your wireless account, transactions, devices or service.

Verizon Wireless Customer Service and Technical Support Representatives are also available at (800) 922-0204 or by calling *611 from your Verizon Wireless mobile phone. These representatives are available every day, 6 AM - 11 PM. Additionally, you can chat with a Chat Representative online by clicking the Chat Now button found on the Accessibility Home Page on the Verizon Wireless website.
