2025 Holiday wireless device/accessory Return and Exchange Policy
Devices and accessories purchased between 11/20/25 through 12/13/25 may be returned or exchanged on or before 1/12/26. Devices and accessories purchased on or after 12/13/25 may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
The return and exchange period begins upon the date of purchase or the date of delivery of your new device. A restocking fee of $50 applies to any return or exchange of a wireless device (excluding Hawaii). If you purchased your device and accessories from a non-Verizon operated retail location (authorized retailer), you should review that location's return policy regarding their acceptance of device and accessory returns.

You may return or exchange wireless devices and accessories purchased from Verizon within 30 days of purchase.
Returning merchandise does not terminate your service, so you'll need to contact us if you want to cancel your line.
A $50 restocking fee applies to any return or exchange of a wireless device. There is no restocking fee for returned accessories.
Please make sure you have the original device or accessory packaging, shipping carton, and your receipt. Everything has to be in like-new condition, and the original customer receipt must accompany all returns. To be safe, keep a copy of that receipt for your own records.
Restore your device to factory default settings and delete any personal data. If you're using an Apple® device, be sure to turn off "Find my iPhone" before you return it. For Android™ devices, toggle off "Find My Device" from the Settings app.
Next, place all of the merchandise, including the device, charger, battery, instructions, and any other materials that were included with your order, in the original box and shipping carton.
Use the prepaid shipping label that was included with your shipment and attach it to the box. Be sure to keep a copy of the label for your records as well.
Now, if no label was included or it's been misplaced, log in to your My Verizon account at verizon.com. Use the My Verizon Mobile navigation to get started.
Look for your recent order, and click to view your order details. Next, select "Return". Follow the steps to set up your return and print a prepaid shipping label. We'll keep you updated with your choice of texts or emails so you can easily track your return.
Once we've received your receipt and undamaged merchandise within the return period, a refund will be issued. The refund will only be issued to the purchaser whose name appears on the receipt.
