Before you begin
Ensure your Visual Voicemail is active.
You can also check your voicemail by calling from your Samsung smartphone or from another phone.
You can't retrieve deleted Voicemail messages; however, archived messages are saved to the device's internal storage.
Steps
- Open theVoicemail app.
- From the Visual Voicemail inbox, select a message to view message details then do any of the following:If using Premium Visual Voicemail, you can view the text of the voicemail at the top.
- To play a message, tap thePlay icon.
- To place a call back, tap theCall icon.
- To reply with a message:
- Select theMessage iconorShare icon.
- Enter the applicable info then tapSend.
- To forward a message:
- TapForwardorShare via
- Follow the onscreen prompts to record the message.
- SelectMessageorEmail.
- Enter the applicable info then tapSend.
- To save a message:
- Tap the message you want to save (the name icon changes to a checkmark).
- TapArchivethen tapArchiveto confirm.
- To delete a message, tap theTrash icon.
- To delete multiple messages:
- Continue to tap on additional messages.
- Tap theTrash iconthen tapDeleteto confirm.
