Reply to a Visual Voicemail Message - Samsung

Use the Visual Voicemail text or email reply option on your Samsung smartphone to quickly and conveniently reply instead of having to call back.
Only Verizon wireless customers can receive Visual Voicemail message replies.

  1. Open the
    Voicemail app
    .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, select a message.
  3. Tap the
    Message icon
    .
  4. From the message field, enter a message if preferred.
  5. Tap the
    Send icon
     Send icon.

  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, select a message.
  3. Tap the
    Share icon
     Share icon.
  4. If prompted, select an email type to use.
  5. From the 'To' field, enter the email address.
    Repeat this step as necessary to add more recipients.
  6. From the 'message' field, enter a message.
  7. Tap
    Send
