Use the Verizon Cloud website to upload photos, videos and music from your computer to your Cloud account so they're securely stored and ready to view from anywhere.

Before you begin

Content from other sources (e.g., social media, external hard drives, backup servers, etc.) should be transferred to your computer from the appropriate service first.
When transferring content from a third-party provider or platform, reach out to their support staff for assistance exporting content.

Steps

  1. From a web browser on a computer, sign in to mycloud.verizon.com.
  2. From the Home screen, select the
    Upload icon
    .
  3. Drag and drop the desired files or select
    Browse
     to upload manually.
  4. Once the upload completes, select the
    Close icon
    .
