Declutter your digital storage by clearing out unneeded documents, pictures, and videos from your Verizon Cloud account using your Android™ device.

Before you begin

Make sure the original file is backed up elsewhere before deleting it from Verizon Cloud.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Cloud app
    .
  2. To delete photos or videos:
    1. Tap
      Photos
       then navigate to the desired content.
    2. Tap
      Select
      .
    3. Select the desired picture(s) or video(s) then tap the
      Delete icon
      .
    4. Review the message then tap
      Move to Trash
       to confirm.
  3. Tap
    Library
     then do any of the following:
    • To delete documents or music:
      1. Tap
        Documents
         or
        Audio
         then navigate to the desired content.
      2. Tap
        Select
        .
      3. Select the desired file(s).
      4. Tap
        Delete
        .
      5. Review the message then tap
        Move to Trash
         to confirm.
    • To delete individual Items from trash:
      1. Tap
        Trash
        .
      2. Tap the
        3-dot Menu
         then tap
        Select
        .
      3. Select the desired file(s).
      4. Tap the
        3-dot Menu
         then tap
        Permanently Delete
        .
      5. Review the message then tap
        Delete
         to confirm.
    • To delete all items from trash:
      1. Tap
        Trash
        .
      2. Tap the
        3-dot Menu
         then tap
        Empty Trash
        .
      3. Review the message then tap
        Delete All
         to confirm.
