Remove Time RestrictionsGive your child access to their device when they need it. Easily remove or reset scheduled time restrictions right from the Verizon Family app.
Before you begin
Ensure the Verizon Family app is installed on the Guardian's device.
Sign in to the app using a My Verizon user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.
Ensure the child's device is powered off prior to adding or removing restrictions.
Steps
- Open the Verizon Family Guardian app.
- Tap theFamily Profiles tab.
- Choose the profile of the family member you wish to view.
- From the Parental Controls section, tapRestrict usage.
- TapSchedules.
- Select the schedule type (e.g., School Hours, Night Hours, etc.).
- TapDelete custom schedule.
- To confirm, tapDelete.School and Night Hours remain in the list and are reset to their default schedule instead of removed.
