Restore Settings to Factory Defaults - Verizon Jetpack® 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot - AC791L

If your Verizon Jetpack - AC791L powers off, crashes/resets, freezes or runs slow, view this info.
Restore Settings to Factory Defaults only if absolutely necessary as it removes all modified settings including Network Name (SSID), Wi-Fi/Admin Password, etc. and restores the default settings viewable on the external LED of the device.

  1. Press the
    Power button
     (located on the top edge) to ensure the device is powered on.
  2. Select
    Settings
    .
    Utilize the Navigation buttons (left/right arrows) to scroll through the options and the Select button (check mark) to select.
  3. Select
    Factory Reset
    .
  4. Select
    Yes
    .
  5. If prompted, select
    Yes
     to confirm.
    After restoring to factory defaults, ensure Power Management Settings are set to the preferred options.
Alternatively, a restore can also be done as follows:

    Jetpack Settings

  3. From the Jetpack tab, click
    Backup & Restore

  4. From the Restore to Factory Defaults section, click

     to confirm.
    After restoring to factory defaults, ensure Power Management Settings are set to the preferred options.
