Verizon Ellipsis 10 - Factory Data Reset (Powered On)

Here's how to factory / hard reset your Ellipsis 10 tablet if the screen freezes or app, audio or sync issues occur.
Perform a factory data reset on your Ellipsis® 10 only if necessary as it removes your Google™ account and all data including system data, app data, and media.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
    An alternate reset method is available if the device is unresponsive or won't power on.
  2. Navigate:
    Backup & reset
    Factory data reset
    .
    If troubleshooting third-party apps, tap Automatic restore to turn off switch.
  3. Tap
    RESET TABLET
    .
    If presented, enter the current passcode or draw the unlock pattern.
  4. Tap
    ERASE EVERYTHING
    .
    Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.
    If needed, set up your device.
